Keri Sanders, PEAK CO-FOUNDER
Mrs. Sanders earned a BS in Elementary Education from Angelo State University in 2000 and a Master's in Educational Administration in 2002. She is certified in Texas to teach early childhood-8th grade, self-contained and mathematics, as well as secondary mathematics, ESL, and early childhood. Mrs. Sanders holds a Texas principal certification and has experience teaching kindergarten through the college level.
Jamie Thomas, PEAK CO-FOUNDER
Mrs. Thomas earned a BS in Elementary Education from Abilene Christian University in 2000 and is certified in Texas to teach K-8th grade general education with a specialization in reading. Mrs. Thomas has experience in curriculum development, tutoring, and coaching K-12th graders in various settings.
Samantha Deaver
Mrs. Deaver earned a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Education from Hardin-Simmons University in 2007. Mrs. Deaver has experience teaching preschool through college in various settings and has taught math at PEAK since 2019.
Jenni Riley
Mrs. Riley graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree with minors in Education and Leadership. Mrs. Riley has 11 years of teaching experience in public and private schools and holds certifications in Special Education and Gifted & Talented.
Lex Smith
Mrs. Smith earned a BS from Hardin-Simmons University in 2009 and is certified in Texas to teach general education early childhood-4th grade and mathematics through 8th grade. She is certified in ESL and started teaching at PEAK in 2018.
JANELL DEMPSEY
Janell Dempsey graduated from Hardin Simmons University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and is certified to teach EC-8th grade. She has experience teaching 1st and 2nd grade in Abilene ISD as well as experience tutoring various age groups in reading and math. This is her 2nd year at PEAK.
LINDSAY MARIANO
Mrs. Mariano graduated from Midwestern State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and earned her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education from the University of North Texas in 2013. She is certified in Early Childhood-4th grade, Special Education, and ESL. She has 4 years of experience in public school as a pre-k/special education inclusion teacher. She taught the Bible elective class at PEAK for a few semesters and joined the team of teachers this year!
AMANDA ROSSER
Mrs. Rosser graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and then again from ACU in 2018 with a Masters in Teaching and Learning. She also holds certifications in ESL and Gifted & Talented. Mrs. Rosser has 5 years of teaching experience in public schools in Georgetown and Abilene. This is her first year to join us at PEAK!
